Job summary

OnTarget Labs is seeking NVIDIA AI Enterprise Engineers and Architects for full-time remote work in the United States. The team builds next-generation software platforms and provides opportunities for professional growth and travel abroad.

Ideal candidates have extensive ML, MLOps, and enterprise AI architecture experience, including hands-on with NVAIE components and GenAI solutions. Join a friendly IT team delivering scalable GPU-based workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in ML engineering, MLOps or AI infrastructure.
• 2+ years on GPU workloads.
• 8+ years in enterprise AI/cloud platform architecture.
• Hands-on production experience with NVAIE components: NIM, NeMo, Triton.
• Strong Kubernetes, Linux; comfort with VMware vSphere and GPU virtualization.
• Delivered GenAI/LLM solution (RAG, fine-tuning, or agents) into production.
• Python fluency; IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain NVAIE on NVIDIA-certified systems.
• Stand up NIM microservices, RAG and agent workflows from NVIDIA Blueprints.
• Fine-tune or guardrail models with NeMo.
• Own GPU orchestration, monitoring, security, upgrades, and MLOps for production scale.
• Document the platform and coach client engineers.
