Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying production-grade LLM or generative AI systems.
• Strong prompt design and orchestration skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Distributed systems and production software engineering background.
• Cloud-native architectures (Azure or similar).
• Security considerations in AI deployments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of generative AI systems, from architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Design and build LLM-powered apps, agent-based workflows, and RAG pipelines.
• Set engineering standards for prompt design, orchestration, and workflow lifecycles.
• Lead architecture decisions and best practices for GenAI initiatives.
• Integrate AI with enterprise data, internal APIs, and cloud services.
• Evaluate models and optimize latency, cost, and performance.
• Maintain observability and CI/CD pipelines; lead incident response.
• Ensure security with safeguards like human-in-the-loop controls.
