Job summary

TekCommands Inc. seeks a Sr. GenAI Developer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI agents across Microsoft Copilot Studio and Claude. You will create conversational experiences, integrate with enterprise systems, and architect RAG solutions to automate business workflows in a remote setup with Michigan-based teams.

You will lead governance, security, and responsible AI practices while optimizing performance and collaborating with stakeholders to identifying automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents across platforms.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio and Claude.
• Build conversational experiences that answer user questions, automate tasks, and execute business workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Create and manage Power Automate workflows and AI-driven business processes.
• Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, and orchestration logic.
• Implement governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Monitor agent performance, usage metrics, and continuously improve response quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define AI use cases.
• Support production deployment, troubleshooting, and operational excellence of AI solutions.
