Job summary

BlackCube Labs is seeking a Senior GenAI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI agents in a remote capacity. You will craft conversational experiences, automate complex workflows, and integrate agents with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes RAG architectures, governance, and performance monitoring, partnering with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and ensure scalable, compliant AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI agents.
• Strong background in generative AI and LLM integration.
• Experience with enterprise data sources, APIs and platforms.
• Ability to design scalable RAG solutions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio/Claude.
• Build conversational experiences to answer questions, automate tasks, and run business workflows.

• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions from knowledge sources.

• Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, and orchestration logic.
• Implement governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Monitor agent performance, usage metrics, and continuously improve response quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and AI use cases.
• Support production deployment, troubleshooting, and operational excellence of AI solutions.
