Cognizant is seeking a Gen AI Architect (Agentic AI & LLM) to design and deliver next-generation AI-powered enterprise applications. You will lead architecture, mentoring, and deployment of scalable Generative AI solutions using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and modern web tech.

Responsibilities include defining AI platform architectures, governance, and production readiness, collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• requires 12+ years designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems or complex software.
• proven success delivering production-grade AI/LLM-powered solutions including agentic AI, RAG or AI orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI applications.
• Design Agentic AI solutions with LangGraph/LangChain.
• Build scalable workflow orchestration using Temporal or similar tech.
• Define AI platform architectures including model routing and observability.
• Establish evaluation frameworks with offline testing and trace diagnostics.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from architecture to deployment.
• Drive engineering practices for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineering teams and foster innovation.
