Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of all GED test sections including Mathematical Reasoning, Language Arts, Science and Social Studies.
• Ability to explain test format, passing score requirements and content standards to adult learners.
• Experience tailoring instruction to diverse adult learners seeking credential completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online GED tutoring to adult learners via Varsity Tutors platform.
• Use diagnostic assessments and GED practice tests to tailor instruction and measure progress.
• Instruct on on-screen calculator usage, data interpretation, and writing tasks as needed.
