OpenKrill is seeking a Social and Community Manager (Gaming) to drive distribution and community engagement for a Roblox-leaning platform, expanding to Minecraft, Fortnite, and GTA titles. The role emphasizes authentic Gen Z copy, multi-platform posting, and creator coordination.

You’ll manage Discord communities, host weekly events, ensure safety, and track weekly metrics like views and retention to optimize social hooks and timing.

Formación

• Demonstrate growth metrics for a gaming/entertainment account.
• Solid native understanding of Roblox and broader gaming ecosystems.
• Active on TikTok and YouTube Shorts; understands Snapchat and X mechanics.

Responsabilidades

• Own multi-platform social calendar aligned with production schedules (1–2 posts daily, scale up).
• Craft hooks and captions in a Gen Z voice; brief editors on asset needs for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Instagram, X.
