You are a true gamer with 1–3 years in influencer marketing within gaming, esports, or related fields. You will build relationships with influencers and agencies, recruit creators for worldwide

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of influencer marketing experience in gaming.
• Deep understanding of gaming culture and current trends.
• Experience with gaming creators, esports teams, or gaming brands.
• Strong English communication; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with gaming influencers, agencies, and managers.
• Recruit creators for global marketing campaigns.
• Scout and onboard new talent to expand our influencer network.
• Negotiate partnership deals and secure competitive rates.
• Bring creative campaign ideas to the table.
• Track KPIs, campaign results, and prepare performance reports.
• Stay on top of gaming and influencer trends to identify opportunities.
