NewGen, a global social creative and creator agency, is seeking a permanent Influencer Manager (Gaming) to lead end-to-end campaigns for gaming clients, including casting, contracting, content review, posting, and reporting. The role emphasizes authentic partnerships and cultural relevance in gaming communities.

You will collaborate with senior influencer leads and cross-functional teams, managing multiple programs with a focus on gaming culture, esports trends, and creator networks.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years' experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• A clear gaming background with experience with publishers, platforms, esports, or gaming-focused creator management.
• Established relationships with gaming creators, streamers, agents, and talent managers (Twitch, YouTube Gaming, TikTok, Discord).
• Fluency in gaming culture—titles, platforms, esports, and online communities.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, from casting through reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery – briefing, casting, contracting, content review, posting, and reporting.
• Source and vet gaming creators across Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord.
• Own day-to-day creator relationships with creators, agents, and managers.
• Support negotiations and contracting within budgets.
• Coordinate with strategy, creative, and account teams to integrate influencer workstreams into campaigns.
• Report on performance with gaming-specific metrics for internal and client reviews.
• Stay ahead of gaming culture with knowledge of titles, platforms, esports moments, and creators.
