Pack.com is seeking an Outbound Talent Scout and Relationship Builder to hunt gaming creators across Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and X, running a high-velocity creator acquisition engine. You will manage 50+ active conversations, close deals with fixed fees, rev-share, or hybrid models, and oversee campaigns in our Gamified Shopping and iGaming ecosystems, staying aligned to EST hours.

Qualifications

• Experience running high-volume creator outreach and deal-making.
• Proven ability to manage 50+ active creator conversations.
• Deep familiarity with CS2, Fortnite, and streaming culture.
• Strong CRM hygiene and pipeline management.
• Ability to pitch and close partnerships with fixed fees, rev-share, or hybrid models.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive Creator Scouting: Proactively discover creators across Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and X with focus on CS2, Fortnite, and iGaming audiences.
• High-Volume Outbound Pipeline: Run a disciplined daily outreach workflow and negotiate deals.
• Cross-Brand Campaign Execution: Manage creator campaigns across gamified ecommerce and iGaming ecosystems.
• Flawless CRM & Attendance Hygiene: Maintain daily records of outreach, deal stages, terms, and deliverables.
• Relationship & Retention Management: Be the primary contact to onboarded creators and drive renewals.
• Trend & Meta Monitoring: Track streaming culture trends to recruit high-ROI creators.
• The Outbound Sales Mindset: Thrive on daily outreach targets in a performance-driven environment.
• High Reliability & Accountability: Demonstrate strong work ethic and consistent pipeline updates.
• Gaming & Streaming Culture Native: Deep familiarity with CS2, Fortnite, and streaming platforms.
• Elite Communication & Pitching: Pitch to creators and managers with authority and close deals.
• Pipeline Organization: Manage 50+ deals across stages without dropping details.
• Timezone Alignment: Coordinate during EST business hours with creators and teams.
