TRM Labs is seeking a Team Lead, G&A Recruiter to own executive‑level searches across Strategic Finance, Legal, People, and Operations. You will manage your own requisitions while elevating the performance of the entire G&A pod, driving consistency, speed, and impact.

You will mentor teammates, partner with senior stakeholders, and shape processes to keep the team focused, efficient, and results‑oriented in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with 7+ years owning senior G&A searches in high-growth technology companies.
• Experience leading or setting direction for a recruiting pod and driving team experimentation.
• Proven ability to own cadence, process rollouts, retros, and decision docs for a cohesive team.
• Strong track record hiring senior and specialized talent across Finance, Legal, People, and Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal executive presence for communicating with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for senior and specialized G&A searches across Strategic Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other corporate functions.
• Advise executives on market dynamics, candidate calibration, and hiring strategy.
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage top G&A talent from tech, fintech, crypto, public sector, and financial services.
• Develop market maps for priority searches including competitive talent and referral networks.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience reflecting TRM's talent bar and operating principles.
• Use data and funnel metrics to diagnose search health and adjust strategy in real time.
• Serve as a craft leader raising the bar for sourcing, stakeholder management, and execution.
