Job summary

Capital One is seeking an Associate in the FX Trade Support team within the Commercial Ops division. The role focuses on trade capture, confirmations, settlements, and daily P&L reporting to ensure accurate processing of FX derivatives.

The position requires proximity to Capital One hubs and allows virtual home-based work with in-person visits as needed. A strong compliance mindset and collaboration with multiple teams are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working in financial services
• At least 1 year of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

Responsibilities

• Work on Trade Confirmations details and resolve discrepancies
• Liaison with Settlement on cash flow items
• Assist in confirmation, payment, documentation, and exception handling of transactions
• Assist Settlements in chasing and resolving client payments
• Liaise with Commercial Clients and Major Institutions to ensure trades are affirmed
• Participate in testing for system enhancements
• Book and amend FX derivative trades in the booking system
• Report Real Time & Primary Economic terms to the SDR in line with Dodd Frank (DTCC)
