Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Client Services Manager to serve as the primary liaison for clients, focusing on Cotiviti Fraud, Waste and Abuse products and ensuring exceptional service.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate internal and external meetings, and lead the delivery of FWA program initiatives with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 10% and a fully remote role in the continental US are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and five+ years healthcare experience.
• Extensive knowledge of FWA programs and healthcare investigations.
• Proven client relationship and project management skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as account manager and trusted adviser for client operations contacts.
• Manage operational implementation and execution of the FWA program with health plan operations managers.
• Coordinate client and internal meetings, agendas, and materials.
• Record minutes, track action items, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate client documentation in the library.
• Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans.
• Monitor monthly results and draft performance summaries for clients.
• Provide client training and education as needed.
