Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a remote Client Services Manager to serve as the primary liaison for clients, focusing on Cotiviti Fraud, Waste and Abuse products. The role involves coordinating client and internal teams, managing meetings and action items, and driving program performance enhancements.

The position requires strong relationship building, project management, and healthcare FWA knowledge, with travel up to 10% and flexibility for after-hours collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years healthcare experience including operations in healthcare consulting.
• 2+ years of project or team management experience, including meeting facilitation.
• 2+ years of client relationship management experience across multiple roles and levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the account manager and trusted adviser for client operational contacts; establish and cultivate client relationships to identify needs and deliver solutions.
• Manage the operational implementation and execution of the FWA program with health plan operations managers.
• Coordinate and manage joint meetings with client and internal staff, including scheduling, agendas, and materials.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes and action items; follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Post and maintain accurate client documentation in the library.
• Identify and develop action plans to remedy operational performance issues to optimize program performance.
