Sci Corp in Miami, FL seeks a dynamic sales-focused associate to drive revenue for funeral and memorial planning services. You will lead community outreach, present pre-need options, and guide families through contracts with a service-first approach.

The role requires self-motivation, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. CRM experience and a license where required by state law are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework preferred.
• Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law; company will support obtaining licensing.
• Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota; present services to consumers and influence pre-planning decisions.
• Guide families through cemetery grounds, ask questions, and offer tailored solutions.
• Complete contracts accurately and follow up on outstanding documents and questions.
• Self-initiate leads in the community; solicit referrals and schedule appointments.
• Develop professional relationships with families and provide service beyond expectation.
