Job summary

SCI is seeking a sales-focused professional in Washington state to drive revenue for Dignity Memorial® Personal Planning Guide services. You will present planning options, educate families, and guide them through decisions with a caring, professional approach.

You will develop local relationships, handle community events, and work nights/weekends as needed in a structured commission-based environment. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework preferred.
• Funeral Director's license where required by state law; company supports licensing.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota.
• Present the Personal Planning Guide to consumers and inform them of services.
• Tour prospective families through cemetery grounds and discuss options.
• Self-initiate leads, build relationships, and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with families for referrals and service excellence.
• Collaborate with management and staff to improve processes.
