Service Corporation International in Pharr, TX seeks a Sales Professional for outside sales. You will drive revenue by qualifying leads, presenting pre-need cemetery and funeral services, and securing contracts with families.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You will prospect in the community, follow up marketing leads, and represent SCI with professional service and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Sales experience preferred; CRM experience a plus.
• Licenses as required by state law (Funeral Directors and Life Insurance) may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales revenue quota and generate qualified leads.
• Present services to families and convert leads through in-home or community meetings.
• Prospect in the community, follow up on marketing leads, and schedule appointments.
• Provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships with families.
