The firm will consider a remote Associate, offering substantive responsibility for fund formation matters and exposure to sophisticated investment management transactions.

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant private investment funds experience.
• Experience drafting fund formation documentation.
• Strong understanding of private funds structures and the investment management industry.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while working within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Advise fund sponsors and institutional investors on private fund formation and structuring.
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation, including limited partnership agreements, private placement memoranda and subscription agreements.
• Support clients throughout the fund formation process, from initial structuring through launch and closing.
• Work closely with clients on a range of investment management matters and provide commercially focused legal advice.
