Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a full spectrum of capital markets transactions, including IPOs and debt offerings.
• Work on follow-on equity offerings, private placements, and complex restructurings.
• Provide guidance on ongoing public company obligations, including disclosure requirements and governance matters.
• Collaborate with public and private companies, investment banks, PE firms, and REITs.
