The ideal candidate will handle fund formation, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters, with strong drafting and communication skills and excellent academic credentials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant law firm experience.
• Experience with fund formation, private equity, joint ventures, or corporate transactions.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Familiarity with partnership tax concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex corporate investment and transactional matters
• Draft and negotiate partnership agreements and LLC operating agreements
• Work on joint venture, investment, and private equity transactions
• Support fund formation and related corporate matters
• Collaborate with sophisticated clients and deal teams on complex transactions
