Job summary

DCM is seeking energetic Fundraising/Sales professionals to join the Guthrie Capital Campaign fundraising team. This part-time, fully remote position supports the Performing Arts by contacting Guthrie patrons and donors.

You will work from home, follow a script, and be expected to CLOSE SALES and raise money. Training is paid, and shifts total 16 hours weekly across CT, MA, IL, NY and other eligible states, with CST training on 11/4.

Qualifications

• Fundraising/Sales experience required.
• Background in the Performing Arts highly preferred.
• No cold calling; all leads are Guthrie patrons.
• Remote/WFH -- all calls are done virtually through your laptop/computer.
• Must have an active email that you can access regularly.
• Be available to attend paid training and work shifts as listed.

Responsibilities

• Make fundraising calls to Guthrie patrons and donors.
• Follow a script, memorize it, and sound authentic.
• Close sales and raise money for campaigns.
• Work 16 hours per week across specified days/times.
• Utilize computer and internet to perform outreach.
