Job summary

DCM is hiring part-time remote fundraisers to support the Guthrie Capital Campaign. No cold calling; all leads are Guthrie patrons and current donors. You must be computer savvy, articulate, and able to close sales to raise money.

Work from home with a flexible schedule, initially training paid on Wed, 11/4, 4:30-8:30 PM Central. Shifts total 16 hours per week across M-Th 4:30-8:30 PM CT and Fri-Sat 10:00 AM-2:00 PM CT. Must operate from NY, NJ, CT, MA, IL, CA.

Qualifications

• Fundraising/Sales experience required; background in the Performing Arts highly preferred.
• No cold calling -- all leads are Guthrie patrons and/or current/lapsed donors.
• Must be comfortable following a script and closing sales to raise money.

Responsibilities

• Make telemarketing calls to Guthrie patrons to raise funds.
• Follow provided scripts and actively close sales and meet targets.
• Attend paid training on the provided date and work 16 hours per week as scheduled.
