Job summary

DCM is hiring fundraising and sales professionals to join the Guthrie Capital Campaign team. This part-time, fully remote role supports Performing Arts patrons, with all leads provided and coaching from a manager.

You will close sales and raise funds, following a script and maintaining an authentic presentation. Training is paid; shifts total 16 hours weekly, CT schedule, and eligibility covers several states.

Qualifications

• Fundraising/Sales experience required; background in the Performing Arts highly preferred.
• No cold calling -- all leads are Guthrie patrons and/or current/lapsed donors.
• Fully remote/WFH -- all calling is done virtually through your laptop/computer.
• Receiving feedback/coaching from your Manager is to be expected; calls are monitored for quality assurance and productivity.
• You must be available to attend paid training on Wednesday, 11/4 4:30-8:30 Central Standard Time.
• Be able to work 16 hours per week: M-Th 4:30-8:30p CT; Fri-Sat 10a-2p CT.
