You will guide strategy, manage a team, and partner with executives to advance fundraising goals while elevating the organization's mission and impact. Strong leadership and storytelling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral, presentation, and training skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Ability to develop project plans, budgets, and strategic approaches.
• Demonstrated analytical and decision-making capabilities for improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of fundraising communications, marketing, or mission-driven campaigns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop comprehensive communications plans for fundraising initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a team of communications professionals.
• Partner with senior executives to ensure consistent messaging across initiatives.
• Utilize storytelling to support and enhance fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with national and regional marketing teams on fundraising campaigns.
• Manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Create and oversee communications content (talking points, key messages, press releases, social posts, newsletters, FAQs, product sheets).
• Lead external communications and public relations activities.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with ARC communications standards and issues management.
