National Seating & Mobility is seeking a full-time office administrator to support a fast-paced team. The role includes answering calls, coordinating appointments with branches, processing work orders, preparing funding documentation, and maintaining accurate data entry and filing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and manage inquiries professionally, resolving where possible.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager, RTS, staff and Technician for appointments.
• Help complete work orders with patient information, pricing, quotes and insurance.
• Prepare documentation for funding: insurance verification, medical necessity letters, funding package, assignments of benefits.
• Data entry and filing of documents.
