Job summary

Belltower Fund Group is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accounting Operations Support to join FAST. This full-time remote role is based in the Philippines, with required overlap to US business hours.

You will support day-to-day fund accounting, handle transactions, and help maintain accurate financial data and reporting. You will collaborate with fund accounting professionals and cross-functional partners to ensure timely, accurate accounting, audits, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fund accounting experience at a fund administrator.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily fund accounting tasks in Flowdash queues according to procedures.
• Investigate variances and discrepancies.
• Assess portfolio company events and valuation actions.
• Support document collection for external audits.
• Prepare quarterly financial statements and capital account statements.
• Maintain data across systems and perform cleanup projects.
• Track SLAs and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
