Job summary

Belltower Fund Group is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Reconciliation Associate for its FAST team. This remote role, based in the Philippines, aligns with US fund accounting needs and requires overlapping US business hours for team collaboration.

You will perform daily cash reconciliations, research discrepancies, and support audits while leveraging automation opportunities. Strong organizational skills and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fund accounting.
• Strong attention to detail with financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash reconciliations across funds and entities.
• Investigate and resolve cash breaks and discrepancies within SLAs.
• Monitor cash movements: capital calls, distributions, fees, expenses.
• Record and validate cash transactions and post to GL.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues.
