Job summary

Wisevu is seeking a Web Development Project Manager to oversee multiple WordPress website projects from kickoff to launch in a fully remote role. You will coordinate developers, designers, SEO specialists, and content teams, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in digital marketing agencies, strong client communication, and deep knowledge of the WordPress lifecycle, CSS/HTML/JavaScript/PHP basics, and Agile/Scrum workflows.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at a professional level (C1 or higher).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS/IT/Business/Marketing/etc).
• Minimum 2 years' experience managing WordPress website development projects in a digital marketing or web development agency.
• Strong understanding of the WordPress development lifecycle (discovery, design, development, QA, launch, post-launch).
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (developers, designers, SEO, content).
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar.

Must-haves:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing WordPress website development projects within a digital marketing agency or web development agency.
• Strong understanding of the WordPress website development lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, QA, launch, and post-launch support.
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, SEO specialists, and content teams.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar.

Nice-to-haves:

• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including basic site configuration and content management.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Familiarity with website performance, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience working with website builders such as Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg.
• Project Management certification.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Work-timings:

• Able to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
