Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for our Embedded Payments team. You will build and scale a cloud-native payment orchestration platform, delivering features across API, data model, and UI layers.

You’ll collaborate with backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps to ensure high-quality software. You’ll work with React, Node.js, AWS, and CI/CD, shipping reliable, observable services while following PCI and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with CS/engineering degree or equivalent.
• Strong Node.js experience and ability to ship production backend services.
• Experience building React-based frontends that consume RESTful APIs.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices; proficient in PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on AWS experience and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full software development lifecycle across backend and frontend.
• Design and build well-tested features spanning APIs, data models, and UI.
• Produce technical specs and assess feasibility for new payments features.
• Integrate components into production-ready, observable systems.
• Contribute to QA, deployment guardrails, and documentation.
