Modern Treasury is seeking Full-Stack Software Engineers to help businesses move money worldwide. You’ll contribute to APIs, banking infrastructure and financial workflows with a focus on scalability and reliability.

Our stack includes Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Redis and ParadeDB, deployed on AWS. You will work across backend, frontend, and database layers, collaborating to ship features and maintain core components.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Interest in full-stack development (backend, DBs, frontend UX).
• History of collaborating with a team to ship a major feature.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features individually or in small teams.
• Iterate and ship code frequently.
• Participate in maintenance and ownership of a core component.
• Learn the payments space and shape projects before development.
• Be mentored and eventually become a mentor.
