Whatnot is seeking a senior Fullstack Engineer for the App Platform, supporting iOS, Android, and Web. This remote role focuses on scalable infrastructure, observable systems, and a shared architecture used by multiple product teams.

You’ll drive backend and frontend work, ensuring performance and reliability across services. You should bring 5+ years of software development, strong React and GraphQL skills, and backend experience with Node or Python and PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with fullstack focus.
• Proficient in React and GraphQL API development.
• Experience with Node.js or Python backend and PostgreSQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable Web backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Own projects from inception to production and mentor teammates.
