Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP/Laravel, WordPress, and NodeJS
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver features
• Troubleshoot, profile, and optimize code for performance and security
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews
• Monitor app health and implement timely fixes
• Contribute to CIAT web properties and accessibility features
• Create responsive web pages aligned with CIAT brand
• Ensure pages remain editable in version control
• Collaborate with internal and external devs to triage and test changes
• Estimate effort for web projects and scope work
• Implement design specs and collaborate with marketing to optimize UX
• Monitor analytics and improve accessibility and functionality
• Communicate professionally with teams and vendors
• Stay updated with new tools and trends and suggest improvements
• Adhere to compliance and policies across the stack
• Contribute to team goals and CIAT values
