Courtyard seeks a seasoned full stack staff software engineer for our fast-growing e-commerce platform. You will report to the Head of Engineering and work closely with the CTO to understand logistics and operations, building and maintaining critical tools used daily by our operations teams.

You will solve complex problems with minimal guidance, scale systems for growth, and own key components from design through deployment in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building complex software systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates high initiative and ownership to keep the business running.
• Able to optimize existing software and decide when to build anew.

Responsibilities

• Understand logistics, supply chain and operations; build and maintain tools used daily by the team.
• Scale and improve systems to support rapid growth and operational excellence.
