Job summary

Radicle Health is seeking a Software Engineer to build features across the full stack, with emphasis on the data layer, SQL Server queries, and stored procedures powering .NET Core APIs and a React frontend.

You will work with seasoned engineers, follow code quality and testing practices, and own your contributions from launch onward while protecting PHI and using mocked data for development. Remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of software development experience (professional, internship, academic, or personal projects).
• BS degree or equivalent professional experience/certifications.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, including T-SQL, joins, stored procedures, indexes, and execution plans.
• Working knowledge of C# and .NET Core, including building or consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of full-stack data flow from SQL Server → API → React frontend.
• Foundational understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Basic understanding of source code management (Git) and deployment tools.
• Track record of delivering a feature or project and describing your role clearly.
• Ownership and accountability for code quality.
• Collaborative approach with engineers, product managers, and QA; openness to feedback.
• Awareness of HIPAA and protecting PHI; data-handling guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship well-defined features and bug fixes across the full stack, focusing on data layer and APIs.
• Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment workflows with team support.
• Own your work from launch through maintenance, addressing bugs and slow queries.
• Contribute to pull requests with thoughtful feedback and questions in technical discussions.
• Protect PHI and sensitive data by following guidelines and using mocked/anonymized data in development.
