Radicle Health is seeking a Software Engineer to build features across the full stack with emphasis on data layer SQL Server queries and stored procedures powering .NET Core APIs and React UIs.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers, follow HIPAA guidelines, and use mocked data for development, delivering reliable code while growing technical depth and product knowledge in health services software.

Formación

• 1–3 years of software development experience across professional, internship, or academic projects.
• BS degree or equivalent professional experience or certifications.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, T‑SQL, joins, stored procedures, indexes, and execution plans.
• Working knowledge of C# and .NET Core, including REST APIs.
• Understanding of full‑stack data flow from SQL Server to API to React frontend.
• Foundational understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Basic understanding of Git and deployment tools.
• Track record delivering a feature or project and ability to describe your role.
• Ownership and accountability for code quality and data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship well-defined features and bug fixes across the full stack.
• Design, write, and tune SQL Server queries and stored procedures that power APIs and UIs.
• Follow code quality, testing, and deployment best practices with team support.
• Own your work from initial scope through launch and post‑release monitoring.
• Collaborate in PR reviews, participate in technical discussions, and seek help when blocked.
• Protect PHI and sensitive data, using anonymized data for development and testing.
