ELYON International, Inc. is seeking a Software QA Automation Engineer to help modernize and migrate enterprise applications to the cloud. You will design and maintain automated test suites, validate enhancements and defects, and support legacy modernization efforts with a focus on Azure cloud deployments.

The role emphasizes web application testing within Agile environments, with opportunities to work across Java/Struts-based stacks and evolving technologies such as Spring Boot and Angular.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Experience testing web-based applications and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Experience validating API, UI, integration, and regression testing scenarios.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain exhaustive automated test case suites.
• Test new development stories and application enhancements.
• Validate fixes for production and internally identified defects.
• Perform testing for legacy technology modernization initiatives.
• Support application migration efforts to Azure Cloud.
• Verify infrastructure changes and cloud-based deployments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including story grooming and requirement reviews.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to define and validate acceptance criteria.
• Ensure application quality, performance, and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.
