Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a full-stack developer to produce scalable software solutions. You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle—from conception to deployment across the front end, middle layer and DB layer.

Essential functions include designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software systems, while ensuring reuse and maintainability. The role requires 5+ years of experience, proficiency in PHP, AWS, API integration,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of industry experience at Senior Analyst/Analyst level or external equivalent
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Object Oriented (Analysis, Design, Programming)
• Working knowledge of multiple languages, software development environment, and SDLC including PHP, AWS, API Integrations, RESTful Web services, Databases, JavaScript frameworks (JavaScript, React)
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, or similar tools
• Experience using AI coding tools – preferably Cursor

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing software systems, applications and components
• Make design decisions to encourage reuse, extensibility and maintainability
• Troubleshoot and solve difficult customer issues, perform complex development, testing and debugging
• Maintain knowledge of evolving platforms, languages, and web/database technologies
• Stay up-to-date on business initiatives related to infrastructure and development architecture
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentor team members
• Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker for portability across environments
• Perform other activities as assigned by manager
