Remote People seeks an Intermediate Full Stack Engineer with strong full‑stack fundamentals, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to grow quickly in a high‑ownership environment. You'll join a cross‑functional squad with a Product Manager, a Designer, Front‑End, Back‑End and QA Engineers to build the world's best Employer of Record platform.

We are a remote‑first team spread across Asia and Europe, collaborating asynchronously across time zones as a matter of course.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of web application development (full-stack).
• Proficient in React and TypeScript for front-end.
• Back-end experience in Java Spring Boot or Python frameworks.
• Experience building/consuming REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong CSS/UI development skills.
• Effective written communication in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React/TypeScript (front-end) and Java or Python (back-end).
• Build scalable APIs to support front-end and back-end features.
• Participate in full implementation cycle from design to rollout.
• Use AI coding tools as part of workflow and review generated code.
