Job summary

Venon Solutions LLC is seeking a frontend-focused developer with strong React/TypeScript and AI experience to build an AI Sales Assistant using Algolia. You will work on APIs, integrations, and accessible frontend solutions in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate has experience with AI-powered applications, CI/CD tooling, and end-to-end testing, and enjoys taking ownership across the SDLC in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced English level (B2/C1) for fluent communication.
• Senior React/TypeScript experience.
• Intermediate Java/Spring Boot with API/integration skills.
• Experience implementing AI-powered applications, copilots, chat assistants, or intelligent search.
• Experience integrating AI services and search platforms (Algolia).
• Experience building accessible web apps (WCAG AA).
• Automated testing including Unit & E2E, and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Implement an AI Sales Assistant (chatbot-like) using Algolia.
• Develop frontend in React/TypeScript with API integrations.
• Collaborate across teams across the full SDLC.
• Ensure accessibility and reliability with automated tests.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding to improve delivery.
