QuotaPath is hiring a software engineer in the United States to help build and scale our product. You will work across frontend and backend, collaborating with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful features.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of software experience, with React, TypeScript, and Python familiarity. You will engage in design discussions, implement robust tests, and contribute to architectural decisions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and Python is a plus.
• Comfortable with frontend and backend development.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the future of our product by collaborating with Product, Design, and squads to ship features.
• Bring designs to life by working with designers to build intuitive user experiences.
• Learn and grow alongside senior engineers while onboarding newer team members.
• Help scope and estimate work in collaboration with tech lead, aligning with business goals.
• Write quality code with emphasis on tests for maintainable, scalable solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and advocate for code quality and documentation.
