Job summary

QuotaPath is looking for a software engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work across frontend and backend stacks using Python, Django, React, and TypeScript to build and ship features that drive revenue teams.

You’ll learn from senior engineers, mentor new teammates, and help shape code quality and architecture. You will participate in planning, code reviews, and collaborations with Product, Design, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Python.
• Able to balance short-term delivery with long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and squad to ship features.
• Work with designers to build seamless user experiences.
• Learn from senior engineers and mentor new teammates.
• Help scope and estimate work with tech lead to align with goals.
• Write quality, test-driven code for maintainable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot bugs with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
