Job summary

Synthreo is hiring a backend/frontend engineer to build production-grade services across .NET/C#, PostgreSQL, and React admin interfaces. You’ll own API design, data modeling, and real-time features with SignalR while delivering robust, scalable systems.

You will collaborate directly with founders and a senior team to ship meaningful features for MSPs, with remote, async-friendly work and equity options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building production systems with .NET/C#.
• Strong PostgreSQL data modeling and SQL querying.
• Experience with micro-ORMs (e.g., Dapper).
• Solid React experience with hooks and state management.
• Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience with distributed systems and async patterns.
• JWT authentication on server and client.
• CI/CD and Docker familiarity.
• LLM integration via cloud providers and token streaming.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship .NET/C# APIs and data models.
• Build REST endpoints with robust error handling and messaging.
• Implement real-time features with SignalR.
• Develop React admin interfaces and data grids.
• Collaborate with founders and a senior team on impactful projects.
• Work with Azure/AWS SDKs for AI integrations and tooling.
