Job summary

Synthreo is the AI-native platform for Managed Service Providers, delivering no-code agent tooling and a white-label AI portal that MSPs deploy to thousands of end users. We are a small, senior team shipping real products and offering mentorship, ownership, and impact from day one.

This frontend-focused role (~80–90%) builds admin consoles, data grids, and real-time streaming UIs for Threo, Builder, and Tenant Management.

Qualifications

• Shipped real frontend features in production environments.
• Strong understanding of React architecture, hooks and state management.
• Proficient in ES6+ JavaScript and modern CSS/SASS.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and handling async operations.
• Familiar with Git workflows and PR processes.
• Knowledge of client-side JWT authentication flows.
• Able to communicate asynchronously and collaborate remotely.
• Interest in AI and building AI-powered interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on React-based admin consoles, data grids, forms, and real-time UI elements.
• Implement real-time features using libraries like SignalR/WebSocket.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and data shapes.
• Participate in code reviews and frontend architecture discussions.
• Ship features via CI/CD pipelines and Docker deployments.
