Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a relevant IT role (academic or professional).
• 6+ months experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months of programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting existing applications and development efforts.
• Write high-quality code compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with analysts and product owners on priorities.
• Analyze and improve efficiency of systems and services.
• Monitor industry trends and identify new tech opportunities.
• Create and execute test scenarios for new/changed components.
• Share knowledge with IT staff.
• Troubleshoot user-reported problems.
• Use automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins for automation.
• Work within Agile/XP/Kanban delivery frameworks.
