Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant IT position.
• 6+ months of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, and agent development.
• 6+ months of experience programming, developing, or coding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting existing applications or development efforts.
• Write high-quality code compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with analysts and product owners to understand priorities.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency of systems and services.
• Monitor industry trends and explore new technologies.
• Create and execute test scenarios/plans for new and changed components.
• Share knowledge with IT colleagues.
• Troubleshoot issues identified by users.
• Use automation tools for automating use cases.
• Work within Agile, XP, Kanban frameworks.
