Qualifications

• Five to eight years of software development experience with hands-on Golang.
• Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and SDLC.
• Experience designing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases.
• Hands-on React development experience.
• Experience integrating Golang services with PostgreSQL and React.
• Healthcare provider domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of backend services using Golang.
• Mentor developers on security and engineering best practices.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries for high-volume workloads.
• Guide integration of React frontend with Golang services.
• Collaborate with product, quality engineering, and operations teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance improvements.
• Improve code quality through testing, profiling, and CI/CD.
• Document architecture decisions and data models.
