Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a backend-leaning full-stack engineer to build the next generation of Creative Agents. You will own backend systems, agent infrastructure, and the customer-facing experience, turning experiments into reliable features backed by real user feedback.

You will work on production agents, design scalable backend architectures, and contribute to evaluations and monitoring while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Shipped products or features with impact.
• Ability to own features end-to-end across stack.
• Strong fundamentals in APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage and asynchronous processing.

Responsibilities

• Build production agents and expand capabilities through prompts, tooling and integrations.
• Design and operate reliable backend systems for asynchronous generation and long-running tasks with performance and security.
• Develop shared evaluations and live quality monitoring for image/video outputs.
• Own features end-to-end from ideation to production support.
