Job summary

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company focused on voice, creative tools, and developer platforms. This role owns the full stack for the next generation of Creative Agents, from frontend interfaces to backend services, data models, and deployment in production.

You will design and build agent-powered features across the frontend, backend, and data storage while developing capabilities, model orchestration, and reliable asynchronous workflows for media generation.

Qualifications

• Shipping complete production applications end to end.
• Experience designing UI, backend services, APIs, and data models.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment, async processing, testing, observability.
• Evidence of end-to-end ownership and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full agent-powered features across frontend, backend, and data storage.
• Develop agent capabilities, model orchestration, and reliable asynchronous workflows for media generation.
• Build and operate infrastructure behind features with focus on quality, performance, scalability and security.
• Own a problem area from discovery through deployment and ongoing operation in collaboration with product and design.
• Gather customer feedback to shape how agents are used across ElevenCreative.
