Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a talented full-stack engineer to advance the next generation of Creative Agents within ElevenCreative. You will own frontend, backend, and infrastructure work from prototype to production, shaping how creators interact with AI tools across media types.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering on greenfield features and live product improvements, with a remote-first approach that also supports offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering across both frontend and backend; capable of shipping complete production applications.
• Ability to design UI, backend services, APIs and data models; understand system interactions.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment, asynchronous processing, testing and observability.
• Proven end-to-end ownership, strong product judgement and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complete agent-powered features, from frontend interfaces to backend services and data storage.
• Develop agent capabilities and integrations, including model orchestration and asynchronous workflows.
• Build and operate the infrastructure behind features, improving quality, performance, scalability, and security.
• Own a problem area from discovery to deployment and ongoing operation with cross-functional teams.
