Job summary

Inclined, a remote-first fintech startup, seeks a full-stack engineer to own features from concept through production in a fast-moving environment. You’ll tackle consumer borrowing surfaces, underwriting systems, and internal tools, collaborating closely with product and design.

You’ll work across a modern stack (Typescript, Next.js, React, GraphQL, Node, Prisma, AWS) and help drive simple, reliable solutions in a distributed team with strong engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience shipping production features from concept to launch.
• Generalist mindset across the full stack.
• Ability to convert complex rules into clean, extensible code.
• Comfort working in a remote, async-first environment.
• Attention to detail in high-stakes systems.

Responsibilities

• Own features from concept through launch and production ownership.
• Collaborate with product and design to define and ship user-focused tooling.
• Help automate and improve underwriting, loan, and internal tooling systems.
• Contribute to a culture of fast iteration and high-quality software.
